If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange your block for another. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Freerun Essentials processes, builds, and delivers products within 21 days. Customers receive an email within 24 hours confirming a detailed readiness timeline. Delays are immediately communicated.
Shipping Costs: As of July 2024, we only ship within the UK. Free shipping applies within 40 miles of our Alwalton, Peterborough workshop; a £0.75 per mile charge applies beyond this. Shipping costs are calculated from our workshop.
Service Interruptions: All products are made to order; supplier stock issues can cause delays. Customers will be immediately updated via email (or phone, if requested) about any delays impacting delivery.
