Freerun Essentials process , build and deliver the product within 21 days. An email from the workshop will arrive with the customer 24 hours after order to confirm a more detailed of when the product will be ready. Any delays will be communicated immediately to maintain customer piece of mind. However all of our products are made to order , which means suppliers with stock issues can cause delays. Any issues that directly impact customers delivery time frame will be updated immediately via email and if requested a phone call.
