We offer refuns within 14 days or a block swap if damaged in transport.

If full refund and collection of blocks are needed then collection is free within 40 miles + £1 mile outside of this radius.

Order Processing Times

Freerun Essentials process , build and deliver the product within 21 days. An email from the workshop will arrive with the customer 24 hours after order to confirm a more detailed of when the product will be ready. Any delays will be communicated immediately to maintain customer piece of mind.

Shipping Costs

As of July 2024 we only deliver to addresses based in the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available within 40 miles of our workshop with an additional £1 a mile charge for an address outside of this.

All of our products are made to order , which means suppliers with stock issues can cause delays. Any issues that directly impact customers delivery time frame will be updated immediately via email and if requested a phone call.
